All agreements are 12 months, and renew for 12 months if not cancelled within 30 days of renewing (we have to make a living as well!) If you cancel in the first 12 months, you will be liable for the remaining service contract. We guarantee  a worry free experience. We will go out of our way to make it right! When you subscribe to our subscription services, you are the priority. Do we take work from non-subscribers? Of course! we are a business.  And while every customer is important, we do have priority spots for our subscription customers. Don't wait weeks for service - our subscribers get it done within 48-72 hours (of course weekend and holidays may have an affect on this!)
